📦 Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after payment.

  • Delivery Times:

    • UK & EU: typically 5–10 business days.

    • Rest of the World: usually 10–20 business days, but can be longer depending on customs and location.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

  • Delays & Customs: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to assist if issues arise.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Hardly A Scribble is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

UK & EU Customers

In line with consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, for any reason.

  • To exercise this right, please notify us at adi@hardlyascribble.com within 14 days.

  • You then have another 14 days to return the item.

  • A full refund (including the original delivery cost, where applicable) will be issued once we receive the returned item in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Digital downloads and custom/personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

Rest of the World

We offer a more flexible, longer period for non-UK/EU customers:

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For change-of-mind returns, requests must be made within 21 days of delivery, and approval is at our discretion.

  • Refunds will be processed once the item is returned in its original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Digital downloads and custom/personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If an item is out of stock and cannot be replaced, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
